一、先认清题型：翻来覆去就这三类

绝大多数人的英文水平处在"能交流、缺经验"这一档，所以别追求长难句，把逻辑说清楚就能拿分。

二、薪资题：给区间、给理由，别给数字游戏

两种可用的答法，按你有没有底气选。

My salary requirement may be too high, and I hope my starting salary will not be lower than RMB 4,000. First, I think I am an excellent graduate — though there will be a transition period, I will soon make profits for the company. What's more, if a company is willing to pay a high salary for a post, it also indicates the importance of that post.

这套答法的骨架是：报数 → 承认过渡期 → 强调快速产出 → 反推岗位重要性。适合有实习成果、敢议价的人。

Since I am a recent graduate, there will be a transition period after I join. So at the beginning, the profits I make will be limited and I don't have specific requirements. But I hope the salary will be enough to help me be economically independent from my parents.

这套更稳：不报死数，但给了一个合理下限（独立生活），既不显得没想法，也不把自己架在高位。薪资涉及当地最低工资与行业行情，报数前先查清楚，别凭感觉。

三、动机题：把"想学东西"说得不像空话

"I want to learn" 是新手最常用的答案，问题在于太笼统。补上"学什么、为什么现在学"就立住了：

• 承认知识缺口：在学校待了十几年，学的是知识，没机会接触真实业务
• 点明想要的能力：working skills，而不只是 knowledge
• 给出目标身份：成为 professional，而不只是"待在公司"

I hope to get a kind of learning — to get working skills from my work. I have studied for nearly 16 years, but what I learned is knowledge. I want to learn working skills and become a professional.

四、规划题：说岗位路径，不说职位野心

"3 年内做到经理"在英文面试里是风险句，因为你不知道对方团队的晋升节奏。更安全的说法是把规划绑在能力上：先用多久熟悉业务、独立承担什么、再往哪个方向加深，最后补一句希望和公司一起成长。

五、说之前先做三件事

• 把每个高频问题写成 3 句英文稿，读熟到能改词不卡顿
• 准备 2 个可量化的事实（项目、业绩、时长），任何问题都能挂上去
• 练"没听懂"的表达：Sorry, could you rephrase the question? 比硬答错更专业

英文面试考的不是语法，是你能否在压力下把价值讲清楚。稿子背到七分熟，留三分给现场。
